Course Description:

Oak wilt is one of the most destructive diseases affecting oak trees across the United States. This one-hour webinar will provide arborists, urban foresters, and landscape professionals with the essential knowledge needed to recognize, manage, and prevent the spread of this deadly vascular disease.

Participants will learn how to identify early symptoms of oak wilt in both red and white oak species, understand the biology and transmission of the pathogen Bretziella fagacearum, and explore best practices for disease management.
