Course Description:
This presentation aims to share insights and experiences from assessing wildfire risks around properties to improve arborists’ awareness and understanding. While it will not focus on training arborists to conduct these assessments independently, it will provide a deeper understanding of the factors involved in wildfire risk. Through case studies, stories, and workshopping scenarios, the session will highlight opportunities wildfire mitigation work can present arborists.
